By creating an account or using Betty, you agree to these terms and any applicable laws.
Service
Betty provides browser-based tools for creating and exporting 3D box shot visuals. Features, limits and availability may change as the service evolves.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Content and rights
You retain rights to artwork and project content you submit, subject to any third-party rights. You must have the necessary permission to upload and use content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Betty to infringe intellectual property, distribute unlawful material, attack the service, bypass subscription limits, or interfere with other users.
Billing
Subscription pricing and billing intervals are presented at checkout. Billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Limits
Subscription limits are enforced by the service. Attempts to bypass project or download limits may result in account restrictions.
Availability
The service is provided on an evolving basis. To the extent permitted by law, Betty is not responsible for losses caused by temporary outages or events beyond reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
