How to cancel
Use the subscription management option provided through your Betty account or the customer portal linked from your Lemon Squeezy receipt, where available. If you cannot access the portal, contact the published support address.
When cancellation takes effect
The cancellation effective date and whether access continues until the end of a paid period are determined by the subscription terms presented at checkout and the applicable provider configuration. Show these terms clearly before payment.
Renewals and charges
Cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another billing period. Cancellation does not automatically mean that a previous charge is refunded; see the Refund Policy and any non-waivable statutory rights.
Confirmation
Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records. Betty should display the current subscription status after verified billing updates are received.
