Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These draft terms describe intended use of Betty, a browser-based box mockup editor. They are not legal advice and must be reviewed for your jurisdiction and actual business operations before launch.

Using Betty

You must provide accurate account details, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the content and rights associated with designs you upload or create.

Subscriptions and downloads

Plan prices, billing periods, and download allowances are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Downloads are subject to server-side account, subscription-status, and usage checks. Unlimited means no numeric download cap while the eligible subscription is active, subject to reasonable anti-abuse controls disclosed to customers.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in content you provide. You grant Betty only the limited permissions necessary to host, process, and display that content to operate the service. Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights or violates law.

Availability and changes

We may update or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Describe any material service changes and notice practices here before launch.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law. Any warranty exclusions or liability limits must be legally valid in the jurisdictions where the service is offered and do not remove rights that cannot be excluded.

Termination and contact

Access may be restricted for fraud, abuse, or material violations, subject to applicable law. Add the legal business name, governing law, dispute process, and real customer support contact before publishing these terms.
